USER AGREEMENT

Rent Payment:

Paybill: 4123905
Account is Tenant's ID number.
Late Fee:
All Unpaid balance will incur a 10% late fee on the 7th of each month. The surcharge must be paid before the accepted rent and is considered additional rent under CAP 293
Security Deposit:
Prior to occupying the unit, an equivalent of one-month rent deposit shall be paid.
Security Deposit Refund:
The deposit will be refunded upon tenancy termination, considering any repair costs to return the unit as was at the time of entry. At the end of the tenancy, the premises should be handed over in the same condition as at the time of entry.
Termination of Tenancy:
The tenancy may be terminated by either party with one month's written notice or payment in lieu of notice. The tenant is responsible for trash, electricity and water bills during the tenancy.
Unpaid Bills:
Unpaid bills are considered rent and are distrainable under CAP 293.
Maintenance Responsibilities:
During the tenancy, the tenant is responsible for maintaining fittings, fixtures, doors, and windows in good order. At the end of the tenancy, the premises should be handed over in the same condition as at the time of entry.
Property Viewing:
The tenant must permit property viewing at all reasonable hours with prior notice.
Neighbor Respect:
The tenant must respect neighbors' space and not cause any nuisance. Violation may result in eviction.
Confirmation:
I have read and understood the terms of this contract and confirm my agreement by taking occupation.
