Agents/ Self-Management
Step 1. Register
Under Agents / Management sellect Get started.i. Owner / Manager signs up.
ii. After signing up, you can now log in.
Step 2. Add Property
i. On the top right side click the button (Property - Manage).A new page will open.ii. On the left green side click the (+ New Property) button. A new page will open.
iii. Enter the Landlord ID number and search.
1. If the Landlord already exists in our database names will appear.
2. If Not Add information set pin as 0000, also several passwords as 0000.
3. Now (Search for the Landlord again and info should now appear).
iv. Enter Property information.
v. Enter Agreed Commission % rate. (NOTE: 1 goes to your portal account service fee).
vi. Click Add Property. (All added Properties will be listed here)
Step 3. Updating Unit Info
i. On the Left side of the property row click the green action button.ii. Select (Unit View/Update).
iii. A list of all units in that property will appear (In all Red, they need to be updated).
iv. On the left side of each Unit, click Action.
v. Add the monthly Rate, select unit description and save.
vi. After the above information is added a green (Allocate) button Will be available.
vii. Select Allocate to add a Tenant.
Step 4. Add a tenant
i. On the left side or the unit click (action) and then select (Alocate/Update)ii. Select Allocate.
iii. Select Monthly or Daily
iv. Enter the tenants ID number and search.
1. If the tenant already exists in our database names will appear.
2. If Not Add information set pin as 0000 (Search again, the info should now appear).
v. From the calendar select. the move in date, amount will be auto uploaded.
vi. Clickn Add Tenant
Step 5.Vacant a tenant
i. On the left side of each Unit, click Action.ii. Select Vacate.
iii. Select date vacate.
iv. Sellect, Vacate.
v. Your unit is ready for inspection and re allocation. Thank you.

Payments and Disbursements
● Tenants Pays their rent via our paybill #
4123905
● Tenant, Agent and Landlord statements are
updated immediately.
● At 11:59pm, the day's books are classed.
● After midnight deposits are automatically
disbursed to respective Agents & landlord’s bank
accounts.
● Portal Service fees are:
○ 1% For the Landlord's account.
○ 1% For the Agent's Account
Associates
ASSOCIATES - (Manages/Caretakers)
Request the associate to create an account.1. On the main portal’s page:
a. Under Associate click Get Started.
b. Click Sign up or Create an account.
c. Fill up all the required slots & select the (Agree to terms and conditions). box.
d. Click Register. (You will be taken back to the login page. Proceed to log in).
e. Once logged in following the steps in Red.
2. Approving/Promoting an Associate.
a. Click Manage under Team Member. ( You will be taken to a list of all your team members/Assistants).
i. If Status is pending Click Manage then Approved.
ii. If Status is Approved , click Action, then Manage. (A list of your properties will show, you may search for specific if lust is long)
iii. Click Assign.
b. Associates can only see. ( Can NOT EDIT any information)
i. Can see Property assigned.
ii. Can see Units information of the property assigned.
iii. Can see transactions of the units assigned.
c.
3. Job Promotions.
a. You can make an Associate a admin.
b. Admin can:
i. See All Properties Under management.
ii. Can update Unit information.
iii. Can see properties, units and Landlord transactions.
iv. Can update some property updates.
